We managed 85% net-to-gross in the largest of the four buildings which share two principles.
The first principle is a brick ground floor out of which rises two curtain walled middle floors and a fully glazed top floor protected by large overhangs and hanging sunshading where needed.
The second principle is the entrance sequence. People entering from the underground car park at minus level two join those entering from minus level one, to join those entering through the front door. They then continue past reception and up the central stair to their particular floor.
