As Office and Quality Manager Allan is committed to maintaining the highest levels of professional standards throughout the Studio. He strives for a happy and friendly work environment that allows everyone the freedom to grow.

With over a decade of experience working at Cullinan Studio, the cooperative structure keeps him inspired to find better ways of working and encourages new ways of thinking.

He is passionate about how great design can bring joy to people’s lives and how architecture can build a better future for all of humanity. An artist and designer, Allan has his own practice creating art and furniture that aims for the divine.

Good Design

Allan is an artist and designer and produces Gallery Furniture and objet d'art.

The designs are fabricated by UK based crafts and specialist fabricators. Each piece is an expression of his desire to achieve a conceptually and visually synthesis that aims for the divine.

As a member of the Employee Ownership Association (EOA), I share in the belief that the employee owned business sector adds to the diversity of Britain’s economy by offering a vibrant and different model for achieving business success.

As document controller for the Bristol Harbourside Masterplan Project, he oversaw the successful completion of Building 3a, 4 and 9.
